Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and shall not form part of any contract between Dales Fabrications Ltd and its customers.
Van deliveries are subject to availability and need to be agreed with the Customer Service Team.
Deliveries are made without forklifts or other plant used for transferring pallets to ground level, unless requested. Any delivery requested with moffat equipped vehicle must be priced individually.
Split deliveries can be arranged; however, they will be subject to additional carriage charges and any relevant surcharges and must be priced individually.
Refused, re-directed or failed deliveries shall be subject to an abortive delivery charge and a redelivery charge, as per Dales Fabrications Ltd’s terms and conditions, as noted above.
VAT applicable to all rates noted at rate ruling at time of invoice.
